SVHC Race Series 2024 - UPDATED TO INCLUDE SA MASTERS TRACK 5000m CHAMPS
The next event will be the DUMFRIES HALF MARATHON (BMAF CHAMPS)
HERE ARE THE RULES: -
1. This will be based on age graded performances.
2. The first five will be awarded voucher prizes of £100, £80, £60, £40 and £20.
3. There will be up to twelve races in 2024’s Series, of which competitors must finish at least 6 to complete the Series. The best 6 results from races completed will count towards the final winner and placed athletes’ scores. Scores will be the cumulative best 6 age-graded scores (expressed as points) for each athlete.
4. A provisional list of races follows, although we reserve the right to substitute as circumstances dictate: -

Lasswade 10M 03/03/2024

Round the Houses 10K 14/04/2024
Snowball 5M 01/05/2024
Clydebank 5K 26/06/2024
Masters Track 5000m 14/07/2024
Dumfries Half Marathon 15/09/2024
(including BMAF Champs) BMAF Half Marathon (opentrack.run)
Track 10000m 20/10/2024
B&I Masters XC Trial 12/10/2024
Brodie 10K November
Xmas Handicap December
Any Scottish Marathon
5. Athletes will be allocated an additional point for participation in a maximum of two SVHC organised races.
7. Results, provisional and final, will be put onto the Club’s website and Facebook page.
